Phalloplasty

Penile lengthening or phalloplasty is solely an aesthetic effect. Releasing the ligament that supports the penis will make it visibly appear longer, but nothing can actually increase its size unless there is a modification of the anatomical structures. Thickening is possible with fat or Hyaluronic Acid.
